I make declarations over myself all the time and give thanks to God who always causes me to triumph in every situation. I look in the mirror and tell myself that I know I am the apple of God’s eye, I know that He loves me from the top of my head to the souls of my feet, and I refuse to give in to the negative. Tell yourself that every day in every way you are getting stronger and lasting longer. It is time to love yourself and have some fun.
