Some years back I had a thought of something I would really love to do but felt that the reality of this coming to pass was impossible. The next thought in my thought life was that it would work and be possible if I was 20 years old again. Then another subsequent thought that there must be a place for people of my age and stage of life and I shouldn’t have to give up. It was like ping pong going back and forth as to why I couldn’t do it. Once I made up my mind that this was what I wanted to do and told my husband about it, he simply said, “If you want to do it, you need to do it.” Once I put that into the very atmosphere and began to prepare myself the best I could with the knowledge I had, the next thing I knew I was meeting people that were doing what I wanted to do, doors opened, and opportunity came.
Despise not the day of small beginnings because, if you’ll be faithful with the little things, God will give you dominion over the great things. Increase. Increase your wisdom, your knowledge, your experience and respond to great opportunities. You are a winner!
