The scripture says healing is bread for children. Do you need healing in your body? You are a candidate for total and complete restoration.
We are candidates for divine health, not just healing.
Jesus paid the sufficient price complete and absolute for our total and complete restoration.
Revelation and unveiling the truth are very significant and important. I found that information without revelation produces imitation and ultimately leads to stagnation.
Revelation, the unveiling of truth, causes wonderful things to happen. It brings a great spiritual change to our life.
You will say, “You know, not only is my body supposed to be healed, my pocketbook is supposed to be healed, my land is supposed to be healed, my relationships are supposed to be healed.”
You are healed from the top of your head to the tip of your toes, as far as the word of God is concerned.
Our ministry gets incredible results and wonderful testimonies. I believe it’s the word of our testimony in the blood of the lamp that gives us power. It gives us the power to overcome the lying devil and all of the mean tricks that he tries to bring upon those that are believing for healing and deliverance and prosperity.
Matthew 19:26: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Do you believe that?
Do you believe He’ll do something for you? Do you believe that your situation and your circumstance are personal to God? Do you believe that He loves you with an everlasting love and that He Himself, Jesus, the Son of the living God, paid the price for all sin, all suffering, and all sickness? He paid for it, and we need to be recipients.
Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; according to the Bible, all these other things are going to be added to us.
Present yourself as a candidate to walk in the provision of God.
One time I became very ill. I was hemorrhaging and losing a cup of blood a day. I kept saying, “I’m not sick, I’m not sick.”
I kept getting sicker and sicker. After about four months, I went to the doctor. He said, “You have to be operated on right away.”
I had been healed of tuberculosis, and it left a scar on my lung. When I got bronchitis, the bronchial tubes swelled up. Every time I would inhale or exhale, the scar would cut the bronchial tubes and gangrene had gotten in.
The doctor said, “We have to take your left lung out. You’ll never be able to speak above a whisper. You won’t be able to sing.”
What? I thought, “Just take me to heaven today.”
The report was so astounding. It was an impossible situation. I already felt like I was dying anyway.
I called my husband and told him what the doctor said.
He said, “Well, Honey, you have to remember that you have two doctors on your case, Dr. Man and Dr. Jesus. Now, you choose which one you want to believe. All the doctor knows (the one who wants to operate) is what he’s learned. The word of God says that by the stripes Jesus bore, you’re healed. I’ll stand with you wherever your faith is.”
I was so mad at him. I wanted him to cry and wail and say, “Oh my precious little wife, I’m so sorry you’re having such a terrible time.”
Sometimes we do not need to commiserate with people when they’re already in a miserable situation. Sometimes we need to call them to the truth.
I came home. My husband said, “This is what we’re going to do.” He was a notary republic. We were in the real estate business at that time. He wrote out a contract and gathered all five of the children.
He said, “Now, what we are going to do is identify you as the ransom redeemed property of the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin and sickness of the world. Do you believe that?”
I said, “Yes, I believe that.”
He said, “What the devil is doing is trespassing on God’s property. We’re going to write out a contract. We are going to absolutely evict the demon powers that are trying to bring sickness on your body. You belong to Jesus, and Jesus has paid the price. He has redeemed you.”
My husband continued to say, “Consequently, while you’re waiting, every second the enemy oppresses you, we’re going to claim a soul for the Kingdom of God. We’re going to release into the atmosphere, an answer to all the people on the face of the earth that are going through what you’re doing. We’re going to use you as a point of contact, as a word of knowledge, as a word of wisdom.”
He had it all worked out. George wrote out the contract and had all the kids sign it. He notarized it and put it on the refrigerator. He said, “Don’t anyone else ask Mama how she feels. We’re not talking about feeling; we’re talking about faithing. You can say, ‘Mama, how are you faithing today?’ That’s a good legitimate question. But none of this feeling stuff, you feel with your fingers, you faith with your spirit.”
That night I went to bed and got sick, sick, sick! As soon as you make a decision, and say, “I’m going to do this! This is the way I’m going,” you can expect the enemy is going to come knocking at your door.
Even Satan told Jesus, “I’ll be back,” after he left him in the wilderness, after 40 days and nights. Satan is faithful to return.
You must be faithful to stand upon the word of God.
The night I got sick and was throwing up blood, George was sitting next to me. He had his hand on my back praying in tongues. He wiped my face and said, “Honey, I’d be worried about you if you were sick.”
George was not moved by the things that he saw. I would not recommend everybody to have that kind of opportunity. It took three months of just standing and saying, “I am healed. I am healed.”
I had not been able to sing or speak. On the 15th of April, I woke up, got out of bed, and started singing a lyric in soprano. That healing power came upon my life.
I’ve experienced miraculous things. I’ve experienced those times when the Lord says, “This time, I want you to go to a medical doctor. Make up your mind.”
I have found out that it takes as much faith not to go to the doctor as to go to the doctor.
Listen and hear what the spirit of the Lord is saying to you.
It’s very significant and important.
When prayer requests come to us, and we pray over them, we have to back everything up that we’re saying with the word of God. It’s like a prescription that we’re giving out.
Matthew 15:22-29, And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.
But He answered her not a word. And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”
But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, help me!”
But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”
And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”
Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.”
And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Jesus departed from there, skirted the Sea of Galilee, and went up on the mountain, and sat down there.
Man, this woman’s got a problem. She called him the Son of David. She recognizes who He was. He recognizes who she was.
He had been sent at that time, but you’ve got to understand, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever…” Whosoever includes everybody.
Whosoever would call upon the name of the Lord could be a candidate for healing and deliverance and prosperity and eternal life.
Who can comprehend the magnanimous spirit of God?
The woman worshiped Him.
As we behold Him, as we pay attention to Him, as we look upon Him, we are changed metamorphically into what we are looking at.
She quit looking at the problem, and she began to worship Him.
She said, “Lord, help me.” He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.” She was pressing in.
Do you know there are times in your life when the enemy says, “You’re not going to get an answer?” He is a liar.
Know that you are a candidate for the fullness of what God has.
